This Privacy Policy describes how Fluid Dynamics, LLC ("Fluid Dynamics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.team-fluid.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide and a minimal amount of technical data:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, the product you indicated interest in, and the message you write.
• Calculator inputs: the values you enter into the savings calculator are processed in your browser to display results. Inputs are not stored on our servers unless you choose to submit them to us (for example, by sharing a results link or emailing us about your scenario).
• Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, timestamps) used for security and operational diagnostics.
• reCAPTCHA data:our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google to distinguish humans from bots. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up on trial or product requests.
• Provide and improve the Site and its tools (including the savings calculator).
• Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact form data for advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, anti-spam) and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence. Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with industry practice. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@team-fluid.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

International visitors

Our offices are in the United States and Mexico. If you access the Site from outside these countries, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own country.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.

What cookies are

What this Site uses

• Essential / hosting cookies: our hosting platform may set short-lived cookies required for the Site to load and function correctly. These are not used for tracking.

You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.

Calculator and product information disclaimer

The savings calculator provides estimates based on the inputs you provide and published assumptions. Actual results will vary based on equipment, operating conditions, fuel quality, duty cycle, market prices, and other factors. The calculator output is not a guarantee, contractual commitment, or representation of specific outcomes. Product specifications, dose rates, and performance claims described on the Site reflect typical results from independent trials. Treatment of your fuel and equipment should always follow Safety Data Sheets and the guidance of our technical team.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute engineering, environmental, regulatory, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Site content.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluid Dynamics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
